“We experienced growth by adding more local products like KBEY 103.9 FM and over the past couple of years. These products, along with The Picayune and 101 Fun Things to do in the Highland Lakes magazine, give us a great source of information to share," The Picayune publisher Amber Weems said. “By adding a distinct e-blast, we’re responding to the needs of our readers and the growing market. We’re providing content in a way that our readers and customers utilize it.”

The split will take place Wednesday, June 7.

The great thing is you don’t have to do anything. If you already subscribe to the e-blast, you’ll get both of them. If you aren’t subscribed, well, head over to or and sign up for the newsletters.

It’s as simple as that.

If you know someone you think would benefit from getting our e-blasts, send them over to either site and encourage them to sign up. It's FREE — just like all of our products.

The e-blast split is just one more example of how The Picayune,, KBEY 103.9 FM Radio Picayune, and are your best connections to what’s going on in the community.
