Marble Falls Walkway of Lights

The Marble Falls Walkway of Lights is one of the biggest holiday events in the Highland Lakes every year.

Two million lights on more than 130 sculptures illuminate Lakeside Park beginning each year in November. Walkway of Lights in Marble Falls runs 6-10 p.m. each day through the season — weather permitting. The 2020 display is November 20 through January 2, 2021. The Light-Up Parade is 5:30 p.m. Friday, November 20. The 2020 route has been extended three blocks this year to allow for social distancing. Face coverings are encouraged as well. The parade route will start at Broadway and Main streets and travel south on Main through downtown Marble Falls, culminating near Yett Street.

On weekends and holidays — including Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve — children can visit with Santa and his elves.

The trail can take about 30 minutes to complete.  In the event of rain, the decision to open or close is made each day at 3 p.m. Call 844-635-4448 or go to marblefalls.org before visiting to check the day's status.

Don't forget to visit the shops on Main Street near Walkway of Lights, or anywhere in town, during your visit to see Marble Falls Christmas lights. After viewing the lights, you can explore more Christmas light displays throughout the Highland Lakes.
