Enhance your visit to Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park, including LBJ Ranch, with a new National Park Service mobile app.

Available for both Apple and Android devices, features include:

  • an interactive, easy-to-use digital park map with the ability to zoom in or out and a filter tool to search for restrooms, water fountains, Wi-Fi spots, and other park services;
  • information about points of interest;
  • self-guided, historic walking tours through the 36th president's hometown of Johnson City and the Johnson Settlement;
  • and information on sites and structures on the 6-mile driving tour of LBJ Ranch.

Users can tailor their visit with the app's planning features and share their experience with family and friends using the photo collage tool.

The app also has information on nearby Lyndon B. Johnson State Park and Historic Site, including Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm, a recreation of a 1900s Texas-German farm with costumed interpreters.

You can download app content to a smartphone or device before your visit. While in the park, make sure GPS and location services on devices are turned on for the best results.

Download the app from iTunes or Google Play stores. For more app details, visit the LBJ National Historical Park website.

The Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park is located at 1048 Park Road 49 off of U.S. 290 in Stonewall. Call 830-868-7128 or visit the website for more information. Admission is free. The National Park Service is following COVID-19 protocols.
