Lone Star Luau music festival tickets on sale now
Tickets are now on sale for the Lone Star Luau, a trop rock music festival in Marble Falls that always sells out way in advance. The fourth annual event takes place February 6-9, 2020, at Lakeside Pavilion, 307 Buena Vista Drive.
Fans from across the country follow festival founders Thom Shepherd and Coley McCabe, arriving in town in RVs and campers and filling up local hotels.
The name comes from a mix of beach and Texas lifestyles as a lot of festival-goers are Parrotheads, a playful name for Jimmy Buffet fans.
The fun begins at 5 p.m. February 6 with a “I Wasn’t Gonna Drink Today” Pub Crawl in downtown Marble Falls.
Scheduled to play in the 2020 festival are Thom and Coley, Nadirah Shakoor, Donny Brewer, Jerry Diaz, Jesse Rice, The Detentions, John Patti, Sunny Jim, High South, Danny Rosado, Stoney Gabel, Rob and Emalee Hill, Leslie Satdher, James Slater, Eric Erdman, Nicky Fabbz, and Jonas Lorence Band
Tickets, which are available at lonestarluau.com, are $125 each. VIP passes are $250 each and include a lunch with the artists on February 7 at the pavilion and upfront table seating.
