All aboard for Christmas! The North Pole Flyer has a series of two-hour Hill Country holiday excursions from the historic 1912 train depot in Bertram on November 16-17, November 23-24, November 30-December 1, and December 7-8.

Passengers are visited by Santa and Mrs. Claus as they enjoy a locally baked holiday cookie and all-you-can-drink hot cocoa. Train cars are decked with boughs of holly and more. Listen to a reading of “The North Pole Flyer,” the story about the historic train.

Each child receives a gift from Santa and a chance to pose for photos. Mrs. Claus hands out cookies as she makes her way through each car.

Coloring sheets and crayons are available as are balloon artists to make special balloon figures for the kids. Elves on board help with activities, including sing-alongs. Pajamas are encouraged!

The two-hour time is round-trip with no layovers. Come 30-45 minutes early for plenty of time to park, board, and be seated. A missed trip cannot be rescheduled.
