UtopiaFest is back in Burnet on Oct. 14-16 after a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tickets are on sale now for the three-night music festival featuring outdoor activities, food and beverages, and live musical performances on two stages.

This is the third year the event will be hosted at Reveille Peak Ranch, 105 CR 114 in Burnet.

Tickets for overnight stays, day passes and RV camping for kids, teens, and adults are available on the UtopiaFest website. Weekend passes for adults, which allow all-day access on Friday and Saturday, are $209 per person. Tent and car camping is included with weekend passes, which are $50 for ages 13-19 and $20 for ages 2-12. Wednesday and Thursday access is available for an additional cost.

Those interested in a “glamping” experience can purchase Reveille Peak Ranch's hassle-free, tent-rental packages starting at $250.

The gate for the Thursday night “pre-party,” which features musical performances by The Polyrythmics and Tony Kamel, opens at noon.

Main events begin at 10 a.m. Friday when gates open for afternoon and evening performances by artists Sir Woman, Vincent Antone, Trouble in the Streets, and more. Saturday gates open at 9 a.m. and feature artists Rubblebucket, Shinyribs, and others.

Other activities, including disc golf, hiking, and craft booths, are included. The weekend is BYOB, although food and drink stations will be set up across the festival grounds. Glass containers are not allowed on site.

This year, the party will continue during the Taste and Tunes event, which begins at 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17. The intimate night includes music by The Lost Austin Band and an appetizer buffet from Cain’s Fine Catering. Tickets are $69.50 per person.
