UtopiaFest rescheduled for October 2021
UtopiaFest won't happen in 2020. The music festival originally slated for September has been rescheduled for Oct. 14-16, 2021, at Reveille Peak Ranch in Burnet County.
“Despite our best efforts and desires, as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve here in Texas and around the world, and with the uncertainty surrounding gatherings, we are deeply saddened to announce that UTOPiAfest Twelve will not be occurring this year,” festival organizers announced via social media July 30.
The event, which originated in Utopia, Texas, has taken place at Reveille Peak Ranch for the past two years. UtopiaFest aims to “encompass the best aspects of the festival experience: epic performances, musical discovery, quality time with new and old friends, tasty food and enjoyable activities,” according to its website. It is a family-friendly weekend of music, camping, activities, workshops, and food.
Organizers will be reaching out to those who pre-purchased tickets for the 2020 event. You may also contact them at email@example.com. The announcement mentioned the possibility of an “extra intimate socially distanced campout in 2020.” For more information, visit the festival website or Facebook page.
